A new tenancy agreement will come into effect 1^st October 2023. After two draft versions were circulated in February and August 2022 and improved after tenants’ comments, the Special General Meeting on 24 September made a few further minor amendments and approved this final version. There are additional rules for Chicken Plots, Polytunnel Plots and Bees.

There is no need to print and sign at this stage. Copies will be issued for your signature in September along with your rent invoice.
