7. Tenancy agreement – changes;
i. Propose removal of Schedule P, 3.1.1, so that we do not display tenants’
data in polytunnel, to address concerns about privacy. To take effect

ii. Propose amendment of Schedule C, 6.5 – change “huts and sheds” to
“huts, sheds and runs” to make explicit that runs should be at least 1
metre from fences. To take effect 01/10/25
