We send all this by email unless we do not have your email address, in which case we must post it to you. Please help us to reduce costs by providing your email address if you have one and check it frequently.

It is not clear that we will be able to meet in-person due to the uncertainty around Covid risk and changing regulations. In any case we will make the meeting available online, somehow. Watch out for details with your meeting notice.
